Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Techniques for the Effective Leader
This fast-moving, hands-on workshop will tackle the problem solving challenges of a fluid team. Leadership is defined by the ability to think critically. We will learn how to critically assess an idea without seeming to criticize the person who had it. We’ll learn how to protect teams from short-term fixes that have long-term down sides. We will use problem solving tools that can be quickly taught to various teams. A bonus will be the drastic time saved in meetings by using the “six hat” method of discussion.
Participants are encouraged to bring current issues to discuss and diagram.
