This active workshop is designed to allow management staff to evaluate current communication techniques. Learn to connect effectively with individual team players, enhancing every interaction.
- During Module One, participants will take one of the most popular and most effective exams, the Myers-Briggs. Myers-Briggs will help workshop members understand “strategic flexing”. This enables those that work very differently learn to work well as teammates while highlighting individual strengths. Workshop participants will learn the best tactics to communicate with peers as well as those they lead.
- Module Two will take the new data and use it to increase the ability of communicators to get to the root of each issue that needs to be addressed. Employees will learn how to give and receive feedback using their new tools. Listening skills are also discussed; active and “sword-down” listening is taught. Participants will build upon their new skills by using the correct sequence of questioning. All of course, using the flexing learned in Module One.
