Online 360º Evaluations
A 360 Degree Profile will examine a participant’s perspective of their job, coaching and leadership capabilities. The evaluation allows teams to review the way in which they communicate and are perceived. Competencies will be measures by your standards of excellence. Participants will take the evaluation and also disseminate it to a total of sixteen peers, subordinates and those that manage their careers. Training Evolution in conjunction with Survey Connect will send the profiles electronically to ensure anonymity. All profiles will be evaluated and results compiled on an individual basis. Results may also be compiled by organization, work team and/or employees with specific titles/duties within your organization.
360º Workshop
This three hour, highly tailored and participatory exercise allows participants to evaluate the findings of their individual profiles. Conclusions are reached and plans are created that lead team members to make needed communication style/work changes. Students will be expertly guided to use the new data to become more effective within their current position and learn what enhancements are needed for their next step within your company.
As trends emerge from the findings, personal objectives may alter upon receipt of the collected data. The evaluation findings may lead to a variety of topics from critical thinking and problem solving to change management and retention techniques.
This event includes the development of trend lines for each organization and/or grouping by position. An individual will be able to witness where they rank in the chosen categories against the organization/or individuals on the same organizational level.
