What a Manager must know about leading through change:
- Understanding the impetus behind change, and learning the tools to transition through change is invaluable. Now, we will go to the next step and learn to communicate through change.
- Understand how to keep resistance and defenses low.
- Establish a steady flow of two types of information - what we don’t know and what we know.
- Develop the tools to categorize and understand the value of information.
