Emotional Intelligence reconnects logic, behavior, emotions, and decision making into an interactive system. This workshop will enhance the drivers your team is in need of. Emphasis will be placed on your environment and the factors that make your team succeed.
Participants will develop work plans to incorporate new behaviors and examine approaches to needed changes. All of these skills will be practiced and students will begin to feel comfortable prior to leaving the course.
